I'm Hannah, founder and principal consultant at McMillan Insights.
My career has been built around one central question: How can we use evidence to improve people's lives?
Over the past decade, I've worked across the federal government and nonprofit sectors, leading evaluation, strategy, and public health initiatives that support communities nationwide. I've had the opportunity to lead data-to-action efforts for large, complex CDC-funded programs, develop evaluation frameworks, and help organizations transform information into decisions that make a real difference.
Along the way, I've learned that the most valuable insights don't come from spreadsheets alone. They come from combining strong data with the experiences of the people behind it. That's why my approach blends quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and collaborative problem-solving to create solutions that are both rigorous and practical.
